All Calico Gem parcels are shipped with Royal Mail.Refunds will be given for goods damaged on arrival and for unwanted goods that have not been worn or used minus the cost of shipping.Refunds for customs pieces of jewelry will amount to the total minus shipping and initial deposit.Refunds will be issued once the item has been returned to the company at the cost of the buyer.
